Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You'll Need
Any four-inch diameter NERF "football" or "basketball" are the official NRF sacks. They are available in various colors for purchase at your local toy store.

Steps

Step One
Basically there are no rules except that hands can only be used as a last ditch effort to keep the sack moving in the air.

Step Two
The game must be played during regular office hours or weekend events without management approval and while sitting in an office chair.

Step Three
The objective is to keep the sack airborne or bouncing for as long as possible or until caught by managerial staff.

Step Four
Playing the sack off any object is encouraged, including desks, computers, file cabinets, walls, ceilings, office mates that are "working" and too busy to play and anything else you can think of.

Step Five
The game is started by any means necessary in order to get the sack airborne.

Overall Tips & Warnings
1. The greatest move in NRF -- As the sack is rolling off a desk, point your finger in the air with great authority and scissor kick the sack. Difficulty - Level 2.
2. The Italian Sausage -- As the sack is bouncing on the ground, circle your foot around the sack then kick it in the air while declaring, "ITALIAN SAUSAGE!!!" Difficulty Level - 8.
3. The Clubber Lang -- Used to get the sack bouncing high enough to kick properly in the event that the sack is almost dead. It is done by using a downward slapping motion with the bottom of the foot. Difficulty Level - 7.
4. The I Dream of Jeanie -- Cross your arms like a Genie and hit the sack with your forehead. Difficulty Level - 2.
5. The Filch McDonkey-Punch -- Performed when the sack is traveling past you. Use the heel of your foot and kick the NRF sack forward. Difficulty Level - 7.
6. The Dark Helmet -- A standard head sack using the top of your cranium. Difficulty Level - 1.
7. The Captain's Log -- When the NRF goes behind a player's back and gets stuck between their office chair and their back, let the sack roll down underneath the player in the chair and pop it back into play. Difficulty Level - 6.
8. The Electric Boogaloo -- One player's legs are together forming a slope. As the NRF rolls down his legs to his feet, he flicks it to another player. Difficulty Level - 6.
9. The NRF Bicycle -- Self explanatory. Difficulty Level 6. The NRF bicycle move is trademarked! Do something else! Use your feet Use your head/face.

Be creative with the start of the game. Some recommended starts are to roll the NRF off your keyboard.

This game is illegal in Canada and discouraged everywhere in the continental US. Remember to stretch your stuff out before playing NRF, especially in the early morning hours. Injuries from falling filing cabinets are common. Please be aware of your surroundings. Rules are subject to change at any time, and new versions of the game are typical.
